Am I actually going to blog?

Maybe.

Realistically, like so many other of my projects I will for 2 weeks and then never touch it again.

That said I have managed to keep a Duolingo streak for 1400 days, so if I can manage to work it into my routine perhaps there’s a chance it’ll stick around?

I would love to document and keep better track of my projects, and improve my writing skills. In theory blogging does seems like it fits the bill nicely. But the best exercises are the ones you’ll actually do, so in this regard it remains to be seen how good of a fit it actually is.

To that end I’m going to keep this blog quite informal and aim for quantity over quality. So if you’re not my mom or one my good friends and you’ve managed to find this page, consider fucking off and looking at my projects or games. This blog will probably be full or regurgitated Wikipedia deep dives, ill-advised lessons, and fully incorrect theories and ideas. There will be no schedule, very little filter, many small progress updates, and almost nothing of worth to anyone other than me trying to go back and figure out what I worked on for a project.

You have been warned.

Or maybe this post will so berried that there will be no one to heed my warning. Who knows.

No matter what happens I’ll at least have 1 post, so there’s that.

Best, Alex
